IGBT/FWD power loss simulation software version 4 is an improved version for calculating IGBT losses and temperatures for variable load pattern. The accuracy of the loss calculation is improved and useful functions for application design with Fuji IGBT modules are added. This software should be run on Windows 2000 or more. This software is valid for 180 days in order to use latest version. Please re-download the software again after the period has expired. This version also has the same function as older versions. Calculation results can differ slightly between this version and older versions because the approximation functions of device characteristics are changed in order to improve the accuracy of the loss calculation.
